Shipping Method: We use USPS Media Mail to ship eligible items, such as books, music, films, and other educational materials. Media Mail is a cost-effective shipping option, ideal for sending media-related items.

Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time for Media Mail within the contiguous United States is typically 2 to 8 business days. However, please be aware that delivery times may vary, and delays may occur during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Information: For your convenience, we will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your package and estimate its arrival.

Shipping Costs: The shipping cost for Media Mail will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.

• USPS Priority International: 6–10 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and your location in Canada. We always do our best to keep rates as affordable as possible.

Customs & Taxes

• Books are usually duty-free under USMCA.

• Canadian customers may still be charged GST/HST or provincial sales tax upon delivery—this is collected by Canada Post or UPS, not by us.

• Any taxes or fees collected at delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

• We’re not able to control or remove these fees, and they vary depending on where you live in Canada.

Packaging

All books are shipped safely in protective packaging to make sure they arrive in excellent condition.
